Talk to us about increasing your site and manufacturing productivity

Step into MMC with our Lundell Panel.

LUNDELL PANEL.

What is it?

Our Lundell Panel has been developed to deliver contactors and MMC manufacturers an accessible entry point to Modern Methods of Construction.

The panelised system has full BOPAS accreditation meaning that properties built with the system can easily be accepted for mortgages.

Provided in a range of formats, from open panel to closed panel and from 300mm to 12m in width, Lundell Panel can be sent to site in kit-form or large format panels.

All our Lundell Panel products are sold in S470 grade steel and are supplied in a range of U-Values from 0.1 through to 0.18.  Designed to enable greater productivity on-site or in your factory, using our Thermally Broken steel technology to reduce the number of processes and components, Lundell Panel is a product that will improve your thermal performance, enable fully non-combustible design that will save time and improve project costs.

If you've been looking for a starting point on your MMC journey or if you're trying to improve the performance, cost and complexity of your external wall design then talk to us now about how Lundell Panel can give you the answers you're looking for today.

OPEN PANEL.

Our open panel approach is very similar to timber frame construction so there is no need to displace or replace your existing sub-contractor packages, it is simply a better product than timber frame and allows your business to scale faster towards higher levels of pre-manufactured/offsite construction.

We offer our open panel solution in a range of sizes from 300mm up to 12m in width.  Its available as a kit-of-parts that can be assembled as wall panels on site or delivered as a fully-assembled large format wall.  The choice is yours.

There is no need for any external wall insulation such as PIR, EPS or mineral wool, thanks to our Thermo Profile, so there is much less labour and materials on site, improving overall productivity and saving costs.

CLOSED PANEL.

Our closed panel approach can be compared to SIP building systems and further reduces the work required on site over our open panel approach.  Our panels interlock using tongue and groove profiles built into our system so they are very quick and easy to assemble on site.

Like our open panel version, we offer our closed panel solution in a range of sizes from 300mm up to 12m in width.  Available as a kit-of-parts that can be assembled as wall panels on site or delivered as a fully-assembled large format wall.  The choice is yours.

Like our open panel, there is no need for any external wall insulation such as PIR, EPS or mineral wool, thanks to our Thermo Profile, so there is much less labour and materials on site, improving overall productivity and saving costs.

MULTI FORMAT.

Lundell Panel can be supplied to your site or your factory in multiple MMC formats.  Open or closed, you chose the level of pre-fabrication suitable to your project.  Large format walls, being the entire length of the wall supplier as one single panel or "kit-form" panels provided for ease of transport and assembly, just like a DfMA jigsaw specifically designed for your custom build.

Talk to us about the optimal approach for your partcular project.  Our in-house expert MMC and DfMA design team can assist you with full design from RIBA 0 through to planning application, manufacturing design and site installation design.
